
STEP ONE: Embarking on your ECLA Adventure
To begin your journey with us, simply notify us of your interest via our Inquiry Form here on our website. This brief, initial form plays an important role in understanding your family’s aspirations for private education, and assessing your child’s specific learning requirements.
STEP TWO: The Application Process
The next step is to submit the ECLA Application Package. The application form is an extension of the Inquiry Form, and provides us with more detail. In addition to the Application Form, you must include:
- Two written educational references with contact information, such as teacher, principal, etc., from subjects such as math, science, and literacy. If your child has not begun school yet, please provide letters and contact information from daycare and extra-curricular activities.
- School progress report cards. Please include the current year and past years if you have them. For younger students who do not have progress reports, please provide a letter speaking to their progress from their current daycare provider.
- Include any other supporting documentation, if applicable. Ex: OT reports, psychoeducational assessments, etc.
These steps are crucial in our comprehensive admissions process, where we take into account both the child’s needs as outlined in the application form and any supplementary information when making our determination.
Important: When submitting your application package, it must be submitted in its entirety. In order for your ECLA application package to move forward to our intake committee, it must be fully completed, with references and progress reports included. Reports and letters must be sent as documents in PDF form, and not as photos.
In the event that a need for additional support is identified and is required to ensure your child’s success, please note that it is the responsibility of parents to source and cover the costs of this support.
STEP THREE: Confirming Enrolment
Our intake committee will meet to carefully review applications. You’ll be notified within two to three weeks, in writing, when a decision is made on acceptance. Parents then have two weeks to confirm the acceptance.
Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee of $500 is required to secure your child’s enrollment and confirm your commitment to becoming part of the ECLA community.
ECLA Tuition
Please note that the tuition and fees listed are for the 2026-27 school year, and are subject to change in future years.
Tuition encompasses the annual academic fees for each student.
Elementary: $549 bi-weekly
Middle School: $599 bi-weekly
Payments are divided into 22 bi-weekly installments spanning from August to June. A detailed payment schedule is provided at the beginning of each school year, helping with ease of financial planning.
We are also pleased to provide a 10% discount off ECLA tuition rates for siblings within the same family.
